5.2 Collection
Your finished ceramic piece will be available for collection at our next scheduled session at the venue location. We will notify you by email when your piece is ready.

You are responsible for checking your email for collection notifications. We do not provide SMS notifications.

5.3 Collection Period and Storage
Finished pieces must be collected within 60 days of completion notification. Pieces are available for collection at our scheduled activity dates and venues.

We reserve the right to dispose of or donate uncollected items after 60 days. We cannot be held responsible for pieces not collected within this timeframe.

Ceramic firing is an unpredictable process involving high temperatures (up to 1000°C). While we take utmost care, we cannot guarantee the outcome of every piece. Ceramics may crack, warp, break, bubble, or experience color changes during drying and firing due to air bubbles, thickness variations, or other factors inherent to the ceramic process.

Your session fee covers the experience, instruction, and materials – NOT the guarantee of a perfect finished product.

5.5 Damaged Pieces – Free Replacement
If your piece is damaged during the firing process, we will offer you the opportunity to paint a replacement ceramic piece of equal value at a future session at no additional charge. Once pieces leave our care upon collection, we are not responsible for any breakage or damage.
